Alamo Paintball provides several different options for a group to come out and have a blast with each other.

Private Parties
We require a $75.00 deposit to hold a specified date. This payment has to be received ONE WEEK before the actual date will be committed to the booking party. This deposit will be returned only if the group meets the minimum number of 10 people.

Private Parties at your location
If you have a piece of land that you want us to come and organize a game on for your group we would need at least one month notice and access to the land to organize insurance requirements. The $75 deposit would be non refundable (for insurance purposes). There is also a $300 set up fee for locations within 100 miles of our field location.

Groups joining Open Plays
Groups of 10 or more needing to rent marker packages can make a reservation to play during an Open Play. They will need to call ahead and pay the $75 deposit to hold the equipment. This deposit will be returned only if the group arrives within 30 minutes of scheduled time and fulfills the rental agreement (ie. renting minimum number of held markers). Small groups will be included into the open play games; Groups of 10 or more will have the option to play their own games.

Minimum Group Size
We require a group size minimum of 10 players for private parties (non-open plays).

Food
We are happy to provide meals and/or snacks and beverages for your group. Please let us know ahead of time, if you would like us to provide a meal for your private party.

Rain Days
We play rain or shine; We have an indoor staging area to keep your equipment dry. Private games that are rained out may be rescheduled. In case of lightening, games will be cancelled or postponed.

Please remember, Alamo Paintball operates on a FIELD PAINT ONLY policy. Do not bring or use your own paint.
